Office Hours<\/strong><\/h2>\n

Appointments are required prior to seeing patients. Same day appointments will be made when possible, but may not always be available due to patient volume.\u00a0To schedule an appointment, please call 252-689-6333 during\u00a0regularly scheduled\u00a0business hours. \u00a0Our office hours are:<\/p>\n

Monday-Friday: 8:00am to 4:30pm<\/p>\n

There will be occasional after hour clinics and Saturday appointments. \u00a0Please call our office for more information.<\/p>\n

Arrival<\/strong><\/h2>\n

Please arrive 10 minutes prior to your appointment to complete paperwork. New patients should arrive 20 minutes prior to scheduled appointment. You can download, print, and complete the forms\u00a0prior to your appointment if desired. Please bring the completed forms (if complete in advance), a list of all medications you or your dependent are currently taking, recent copies of x-rays, lab results and your insurance card to your appointment.<\/p>\n

Billing<\/strong><\/h2>\n

We require payment of your co-payment and any past-due account balances at the time of service. \u00a0Past-due balances will be sent to collections after 60 days. We accept cash, checks, debit and all major credit cards. \u00a0If you are self-pay, please contact our office before your appointment.<\/p>\n

Cancellations and Rescheduling<\/strong><\/h2>\n

To better serve the needs of all our patients, we ask that you call at least 24 hours in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. \u00a0In the event there is no call\/no show prior to your scheduled appointment, there will be a 50.00 No show fee<\/strong> applied to your account balance. \u00a0If you are more than 15 minutes late you will be charged a late fee<\/strong> of 20.00 dollars<\/strong>, due at the time of service, in addition to your co-payment or you will be rescheduled for a later date. We always make every effort to stay on schedule although there may be events in which emergencies arise. If we are seriously delayed, we attempt to notify patients beforehand.<\/p>\n
